Arshad Nadeem got back from Britain

Arshad Nadeem got back from Britain after an elbow medical procedure.

Lahore(Pakistan News December 13, 2022) Commonwealth Games gold medalist Olympian Arshad Nadeem has returned home from England after elbow surgery. Dr Ali Sher Bajwa, a sports surgeon in Cambridge, operated on Arshad Nadeem. After returning home, Nadeem left for his home in Mianchan, he will spend 2 weeks at home. Arshad Nadeem will do various exercises during his stay at home as per the instructions of the doctor, after two weeks he will be in Lahore under the supervision of his coach Salman Butt. I will start a rehab program.

Dr Hashim along with coach Salman Butt will supervise the training of Arshad Nadeem in Lahore. After rehab, Arshad Nadeem's strength and conditioning program will begin in mid-January.

After the strength and conditioning program ends in March, Arshad Nadeem Work on the technique will be started. Arshad Nadeem while talking to the media on his return from England said that he is grateful to the president of the Athletics Federation General Akram Sahi for getting full treatment in England.
