Dubai (January 5, 2023) preparations were started to build a 2 km long air-conditioned highway in the state of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. According to Gulf media, the project to be built in Dubai South will feature a first-of-its-kind two-kilometre air-conditioned boulevard that is expected to attract a million tourists from outside the community daily, along with glass-enclosed pedestrian walkways. The kid-friendly boulevard includes shopping areas, commercial space, multi-cuisine restaurants, movie theatres, nightlife options, children's play areas, underground car parking and more.
It has been reported that Azizi Development has announced a 20 billion dirham investment project that will include luxury villas, residences, and commercial and recreational spaces, the project's master plan consultancy covering 15 million square feet of land. An agreement has been signed for, Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Development and Mr Gregory Karpinski, Chief Operating Officer of KEO International, who attended the signing ceremony, on this occasion Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Development, KEO International Consultants Managing Director Infrastructure Sameer Dawood and other senior officials were also present.

It is understood that many of the community's residences and three- to five-star hotels will not only have direct access to the boulevard but also to its three kilometres of beach-like beaches and its large swimmable crystal with distinctive water features. The lagoon will also have access, with the project being a fully-thought-out city with schools, its hospital, cycling and jogging tracks, and all that residents and visitors need for convenience, recreation, health and well-being.
To fulfil the wishes, the boulevard and the community as a whole will be extravagantly decorated in themes for each season of the year, holidays and festivals and as the most exciting attractions to visit in the UAE. But its popularity will increase further.
It is said to be another world-class project for which the newly acquired land forms part of the iconic Dubai South Golf District, strategically positioned in the emirate's growth corridor as Dubai rapidly expands southward.
